A portal opens up mid-air with a “P-CH!” sound effect, right in Awakeman’s flightpath.

AWAKEMAN: Portal?

Panel 3

The other side of the portal. There’s a cake.

CRASH!

Awakeman plus glider has crashed head-first into the cake.
